Bentley Specials & Special Bentleys

In this publication Ray Roberts covers by way of a register style format, cars which are both special by design /re-engineering / remodelling such as The Barnato Hassan Special, Napier Bentley, the Bob Burrell Derby built special and various Mk6 Specials by the likes of Harry Rose, Derry Mallalieu, to cars which for historical reasons are ‘special’ such as The Birkin Blowers and the Embiricos Bentley. Covering WO, Derby and Crewe built cars, the book gives an interesting insight into these special cars. Brief specification details of standard models are given, while a later chapter in the book gives guidelines on specifications of cars intended for club racing.
