Volume 1 is John Wyer’s own account of his time as Team Manager with Aston Martin through the 1950s and early 1960s and presents a year by year account of his 13 seasons racing with the David Brown Aston Martins. Volume 2 is about the reminiscences of the personalities within the team, the drivers and others. It comprises the edited transcripts of twenty eight interviews from drivers, mechanics, engineers, secretaries and others and is illustrated with over 200 photographs.
